This was a complete interior renovation from entry to primary suite. The home received custom wrought iron double entry doors with scrollwork glass panels, new light-toned tile flooring throughout the main level, updated stair railing to black, and fresh paint in every room. The family room was transformed with a dramatic floor-to-ceiling geometric black fireplace surround flanked by a curved glass block wall — a structural architectural feature — and triple glass sliding doors were added to connect the space to the exterior. The kitchen was fully remodeled, replacing honey oak cabinetry and dated tile with updated cabinets, new countertops, and new appliances.
The primary bathroom was rebuilt with a frameless glass shower enclosure, a soaking tub, matte black hardware, and new tile throughout. Every bathroom in the home was updated as part of the full scope. The result is a cohesive, contemporary interior that reads nothing like the before — same footprint, entirely different home.
