Mesa, AZ — 9,000 sq ft full remodel. The homeowners wanted the bones of the house preserved and everything else rebuilt from scratch. The grand double curved staircase remained — refinished and brought into a new design language.
The scope extended across the full home: a rebuilt main kitchen, 7 bathrooms renovated from tile to fixture, three custom media walls with integrated marble panels, linear fireplaces, and built-in millwork. The mother-in-law suite was fully finished as a self-contained living space. The basement was converted into a functional lower level with its own kitchen and a dedicated home theater.
