Biltmore | Scottsdale, AZ — Insurance Restoration & Full Interior Rebuild. This project originated as an insurance claim following significant water damage that spread through the kitchen, laundry room, butler’s pantry, and all three bathrooms. Full demolition was completed down to the studs across all affected spaces before rebuilding began.
The kitchen was rebuilt with custom two-tone cabinetry — warm walnut lowers, white uppers — matte black hardware, a quartz island, and stainless appliances. All cabinetry throughout the project is custom. The primary bathroom was finished with large-format grey porcelain tile floor to ceiling, a skylight above the shower, brushed bronze floor-mounted fixtures, a custom pebble tile accent wall, and a built-in decorative tile niche. The vanity runs the full length of the room with warm walnut cabinetry, white stone countertops, and gold linear sconces. The middle and third bathrooms were rebuilt with floating vanities, integrated sinks, LED backlit mirrors, and brushed gold fixtures. All tile work is custom throughout.
